Some may have indicated two countries, like: Germany / U.S.A
The grouping of countries, apart from geographical position, is also based on the distinction between WEIRD (Western, Educated, Industrialised, Rich & Democratic) and less-WEIRD countries, as well as on Hofstede’s index. Germany, however, is listed separately as neighbor and, in some aspects, similar society.
