Where Dutch culture serves as the culture of reference. Questions concern research-based (ours too) cultural differences between the Dutch as Self-focused culture and other, more Relationships-oriented cultures, respectively called Individualist and Collectivist as well or WEIRD and less WEIRD cultures (Western, Educated, Industrialized, Rich, Democratic).
